  • Support, fraud-prevention and claim information, including photographs you choose to provide.

We obtain this information from you, your device, Shopify and providers involved in payments, delivery, support and fraud prevention.

3. Why we use information

  • To take payment, confirm and fulfil orders, manage accounts, returns and support: performance of a contract or steps requested before a contract.
  • To keep tax, accounting, product-safety and legal records: legal obligation.
  • To secure the store, prevent fraud and defend claims: legitimate interests and legal obligations where applicable.
  • To operate and improve essential website functions: legitimate interests balanced against your rights.
  • For optional analytics, advertising or marketing: consent where required. You may withdraw consent or unsubscribe at any time.

4. Cookies and similar technology

Essential technology keeps the basket, checkout, security and privacy choices working. Optional analytics or advertising technology operates only where the required choice has been given. You can manage available choices through the store's cookie preferences control.

5. Who receives information

We disclose only what is reasonably needed to Shopify and ecommerce providers; the payment or wallet provider selected at checkout; carriers and fulfilment providers; enabled customer-support, security, analytics or marketing providers; professional advisers, insurers, banks, regulators and law-enforcement bodies where justified; and parties involved in a genuine business sale or reorganisation. We do not sell personal information.

6. International transfers

Shopify and other providers may process information outside the UK. Where UK law requires safeguards, transfers may rely on UK adequacy regulations, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum, or another lawful mechanism.

7. Retention

  • Order, payment and tax records: normally six years after the relevant accounting period, or longer where legally required.
  • Account information: while active and normally up to two years after closure or inactivity, except where linked records must be retained longer.
  • Support and claims records: normally two years after closure, or longer for an unresolved dispute or legal obligation.
  • Marketing records: until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent; a minimal suppression record may be retained.
  • Security logs: for a proportionate period, normally no more than two years unless needed for an incident or claim.

8. Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to processing, receive portable information and withdraw consent. These rights are not absolute and the lawful basis affects which apply. You may object to direct marketing at any time.

Submit a request through the contact form. We may request proportionate information to verify your identity. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.

9. Children

The store is not directed at children under 13. Purchases should be made by someone aged 18 or over, or with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian. Use the contact form if you believe a child supplied information inappropriately.

10. Security and changes

We use proportionate organisational and technical safeguards, but no online service can promise absolute security. Never submit payment-card details, passwords or authentication codes through the contact form. We may update this notice when our practices, providers or applicable law change.
