Refund policy
Returns and refunds
Last updated: 5 October 2026
This policy applies to purchases from Sealed Sector Limited, trading as Sealed Sector, company number 17458895.
Changing your mind
If you are a UK consumer, you should normally tell us that you wish to cancel within 14 days after the goods are delivered. Start the request through our contact form. If cancellation applies, send the goods back within 14 days after notifying us.
Products must be returned complete, undamaged and securely packed. The returns address is provided only after a return has been initiated and accepted. Do not send returns to our registered office unless we specifically instruct you to do so.
Sealed and randomised products
Opening any factory seal, shrink-wrap, tamper seal, booster pack or other packaging that reveals random contents removes eligibility for change-of-mind cancellation or return. The contents have been revealed and the product can no longer be sold as new and sealed.
This condition does not remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. If a statutory cancellation right applies, you are responsible for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the goods' nature, characteristics and functioning. Opening randomised sealed product can eliminate its sealed resale value, so any lawful deduction may be substantial and may be up to the full product price depending on the circumstances.
Opening a product does not remove your rights if the goods are faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or not as described.
Refunds
Refunds are made to the original payment method. We may wait until we receive the goods or evidence that they were sent back, whichever occurs first. We will issue any refund due within 14 days of that point. We refund the least expensive standard outbound delivery charge; upgrades are not refundable beyond that amount. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to display the refund.
For change-of-mind returns, you normally pay the direct return cost. Use a suitable tracked and insured service and keep proof of sending.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods
Goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for their stated purpose. UK consumers normally have a short-term right to reject faulty goods within 30 days, with further statutory remedies potentially available afterwards. Submit the order number, details and photographs where helpful through the contact form. We will provide an appropriate remedy and cover reasonable return costs where goods do not conform to the contract.
Pre-orders and cancellations before dispatch
You may request cancellation before dispatch. If we can stop the order, we will refund the cancelled amount. If it has already been dispatched, the ordinary cancellation and returns process applies.
How to start a return
- Use the contact form and choose Return or refund or Cancel an order.
- Include your order number and identify the affected products.
- Wait for the return reference and the correct returns address.
- Pack the goods securely and retain proof of sending.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other mandatory consumer law.
