Standard tracked UK delivery is free on eligible orders over £75. We target dispatch of in-stock orders within one business day.

Coverage and cost

At launch, delivery is available to eligible United Kingdom addresses shown at checkout. International delivery is not currently promised. Standard tracked UK delivery is free when eligible physical goods in one shipment total more than £75. Below that threshold, the applicable charge will be shown before payment. Postcode restrictions and promotional conditions may apply where clearly displayed.

Processing and dispatch

We aim to dispatch in-stock orders within one business day. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. This is a target rather than a guaranteed delivery date. Busy releases, address checks, payment reviews or circumstances outside our reasonable control can take longer.

You will normally receive tracking details when the carrier accepts the parcel. Check your address before paying and use the contact form immediately if a correction is needed. Changes cannot be guaranteed after packing or dispatch.

Delivery estimates and responsibility

Carrier estimates start after dispatch and are not guarantees unless checkout expressly describes a guaranteed service. Unless a later date is agreed, including for a pre-order, we will deliver without undue delay and within 30 days of the contract being made.

We remain responsible for goods until they are delivered to you or a person you nominate. High-value parcels may require a signature, PIN or identity check.

Pre-orders and mixed baskets

Estimated release dates come from publishers and distributors and may change. Unless a listing or checkout says otherwise, an order containing both in-stock and pre-order goods will be held and shipped together when every item is available. If a supplier allocation is reduced and we cannot fulfil a quantity, we will cancel and refund the affected part.

Delayed, missing or damaged parcels

Check tracking first, then report a late parcel through the contact form. We will make the appropriate carrier enquiry. Carrier procedures do not remove your statutory rights.

For transit damage, photograph the outer packaging, shipping label and product as soon as practical and submit the details through the contact form. Do not open a visibly damaged sealed product until we reply if opening it could make the issue harder to assess.

Returned parcels

If a parcel is returned because an address was incomplete, delivery was refused or collection was not completed, we will contact you. Any redelivery charge or lawful deduction will reflect the actual circumstances and will not apply where the return was caused by our error or the goods were faulty or misdescribed.

Collector-conscious packing

We use appropriately sized outer packaging, protective void fill and tracked services. Product packaging can have minor manufacturing variations. Known material condition issues will be described where outer condition matters to collectors.
