1. About us

This website is operated by Sealed Sector Limited, trading as Sealed Sector, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17458895. Registered office: 28 The Crescent, Welton, Brough, England, HU15 1NS. Contact us through the website contact form.

2. Eligibility and website use

You must be at least 18 to order, or order with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian. Checkout information must be accurate and you must be authorised to use the selected payment method. Do not misuse the website, interfere with security or use it for unlawful or fraudulent activity.

3. Orders and acceptance

An order is an offer to buy. An automated order email acknowledges receipt but does not necessarily mean that we have accepted it. Unless we expressly state otherwise, a contract is formed when we send dispatch confirmation. We may decline an order before acceptance because of unavailable stock, failed payment authorisation, a material pricing or description error, suspected fraud, an ineligible address or breach of a published quantity limit. If payment has been taken for an order we decline, it will be refunded.

4. Products and collectible condition

Products described as sealed will be factory sealed unless the listing says otherwise. Randomised products do not guarantee any particular card, rarity, grade, value, pull or investment outcome. Images may be illustrative and packaging may vary between print runs or regions. Contact us before ordering if pristine display condition is essential.

Pokémon, Disney Lorcana, League of Legends, Riftbound and related marks belong to their respective owners. Sealed Sector is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with or endorsed by those owners unless expressly stated.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery and unavoidable charges are shown before payment. Payment is processed using the methods displayed at checkout. Depending on configuration and eligibility, these may include card payments, Shop Pay, PayPal or Google Pay.

6. Pre-orders and limited releases

Release dates are estimates supplied by manufacturers or distributors and can change. Unless stated otherwise, mixed orders ship when every product is ready. Supplier allocations can be reduced; if we cannot fulfil all or part of an order, we will cancel and refund the affected quantity. Published customer or household limits may be enforced.

7. Delivery

Available services, charges and estimates are described in our Shipping policy. Ownership passes after full payment. Risk remains with us until delivery to you or someone you nominate, except where the law provides otherwise for a carrier independently arranged by you.

8. Cancellation and returns

Our Returns and refunds policy explains the process. Opening factory seals, shrink-wrap, tamper seals, booster packs or other packaging that reveals random contents removes eligibility for change-of-mind cancellation or return. This does not remove mandatory statutory rights where goods are faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or not as described.

9. Website content and availability

We aim to keep descriptions, prices and availability accurate but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Original Sealed Sector text, graphics and branding belong to us or our licensors. Third-party product marks remain the property of their owners.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability where exclusion would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or mandatory consumer rights. We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase.

11. General

If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues to apply. Delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver. We may update these terms prospectively; the terms accepted when an order was placed continue to govern that order unless law requires otherwise.

12. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Consumers retain any mandatory right to bring proceedings in another UK jurisdiction where applicable. Questions and complaints must be submitted through the Sealed Sector contact form.
